These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.theknightsweepers.com (the “Site”), operated by The Knight Sweepers, LLC (“The Knight Sweepers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our services
The Knight Sweepers provides commercial parking lot sweeping, curb and gutter cleaning, litter and debris removal, sidewalk blowing, routine maintenance agreements, and storm or event cleanup for properties in Central and West Florida. Service availability, frequency, and pricing depend on property size, location, access, and scope, and are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.
2. Estimates and proposals
- Estimate requests submitted through the Site are requests for a quotation, not orders. No contract for services exists until both parties sign a written service agreement or we confirm a one-time job in writing.
- Estimates are prepared using the information you provide and remote satellite measurement. They are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection reveals conditions that differ materially from what was described (for example heavy construction debris, hazardous materials, or inaccessible areas).
- You represent that you are authorized to request services for the property identified and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Service agreements
Recurring services are governed by the written service agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict. Unless the agreement states otherwise, month-to-month agreements may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Our crews operate primarily overnight; you agree to provide reasonable property access (gates, codes, clearances) and to notify us of hazards, closures, or special events in advance.
4. Communications consent
By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone and email about your request. If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy; reply STOP to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests, or requests on behalf of someone without authority;
- upload files containing malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or its forms, or attempt to bypass rate limits and spam protections;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Site or its backend systems.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the knight mascot, photographs, and design, are owned by or licensed to The Knight Sweepers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site (for example vehicle or equipment manufacturers) belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. Site content and accuracy
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but service descriptions, coverage areas, response windows, statistics, and illustrations are provided for general information and may change without notice. The zip-code coverage checker provides an estimate of route proximity only; actual availability is confirmed in your proposal. Case studies and testimonials, where shown, describe individual results and are not a guarantee of outcomes for your property.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Warranties relating to sweeping services themselves are set out exclusively in your service agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE KNIGHT SWEEPERS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability relating to services performed under a service agreement is governed by that agreement and by our commercial general liability coverage.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Knight Sweepers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party analytics and advertising services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Highlands County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits dispute-resolution terms in a signed service agreement.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
