The Knight Sweepers, LLC (“The Knight Sweepers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.theknightsweepers.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request an estimate, call our dispatch line, or otherwise communicate with us, and how we use and protect that information. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Estimate and contact requests: your name, company or association name, phone number, email address, property address, city and zip code, property type, approximate lot size, desired service frequency, services of interest, access notes, and any documents you attach (for example a scope of work or site map).
- SMS consent: whether you opted in to receive text messages about your request.
- Phone and email communications: information you share when you call, text, or email us, including call logs and voicemail.
- Service agreements: billing contacts, invoicing details, and property access instructions if you become a customer.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location (city/region derived from IP address), device and browser type, referring URLs, and campaign identifiers such as
utm_*,gclid, andmsclkid. - Technical data: IP address, timestamps, and request metadata, used for security, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

2. How we use information
- To prepare and deliver sweeping estimates and proposals, including measuring your property using satellite imagery.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule service, dispatch crews, and provide customer support.
- To send service confirmations, route reports, invoices, and operational updates to customers.
- To send marketing communications about our services where permitted; you may opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve the Site, our advertising, and our services.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, spam, abuse, and security issues.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed:
- Customer relationship management: estimate requests may be synced to our CRM (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) so our team can follow up.
- Email delivery: notification and confirmation emails are sent through transactional email providers (for example Resend or our mail server).
- Hosting and infrastructure: the Site and its content management system are hosted by third-party providers.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET), as described in Section 4.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Knight Sweepers, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to understand how the Site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Depending on how the Site is configured, these may include:
- Google Analytics 4 — site usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google Ads and Google Tag Manager — conversion measurement (for example when you submit an estimate request or tap to call) and remarketing. Manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
- Microsoft Clarity — session replays and heatmaps that help us improve usability. Clarity masks form input by default. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET) — conversion measurement for Bing search ads. Opt out at Microsoft ad settings.
When you first visit, a cookie notice lets you accept analytics and advertising cookies or choose “Essential only.” Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data. Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland have analytics and advertising storage set to “denied” until consent is given (Google Consent Mode v2). You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although some measurement features will not.
We honor browser “Global Privacy Control” signals where technically feasible by treating them as a request to disable non-essential cookies.
5. Phone calls and text messages
By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call you about your request. If you check the SMS consent box, you also agree to receive text messages related to your estimate or service. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Data retention
We retain estimate requests and related communications for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and maintain business records, typically up to seven years for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings (for example 14 months in Google Analytics). You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, spam filtering, and rate limiting on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not include gate codes or other sensitive access details in a web form unless necessary; you may provide them by phone instead.
8. Children
The Site is intended for businesses, property managers, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion: email privacy@theknightsweepers.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any message or contact us.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Cookies: choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice, or adjust your browser settings.
- California and other U.S. state residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in state law, and we honor applicable rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
